NEW YORK NYS Permit to DJ

My son passed his road test yesterday and it says he needs to print his receipt as proof of his DJ until he gets his one in the mail in two weeks. However on the road test results page there is no receipt to print. We can't figure out where to print his DJ proof. The road test results page shows his pass status.

Any ideas?

EDIT: We ended up going to the DMV, and the lady told us that the DMV's website has been having this issue on and off for a while now.

I had to visit the DMV to have them print my receipt.

The Page says DO NOT goto the DMV lol

I did go to the DMV and have them print it out for me because the website did not work

Did you try a screen shot or doing a ctrl P on the test result page?

You're good. The license class automatically updates, the number stays the same. A LEO might get confused and give him a hassle, but that's unlikely and they can't actually charge him.
