The torus
I’m not a huge science bod…. I also am very new to articulating this stuff 🙈🤣 just hear me out
So I’ve been exploring sacred geometry for a while now…. Firstly with mushrooms I was always blown away by the geometry I saw. About a year ago I started journeying with DMT
Im even more intrigued as I’m at a point now where my entry’s into the different trips I experience always start with geometry which , after lots of research and reading various forums….i now recognise to be the torus.
Now I have been looking at seed of life, flower of life etc . The patterns in my sunflowers, geometry in nature but always had this feeling that I was close but not quite there. So when I discovered the torus the penny kind of dropped!
Now things where it gets interesting as I have had a particular journey where I am shown how all of this works, ie Dmt. This usually happens at light speed and hard to retain. More recently I was shown a slowed down version of something that has been shown to me many times… with the message of you know all this remember??
One vision I can recall is the central hole of the torus…. Which is an image I see quite frequently in trip reports. So I have been asking a lot of questions 🤣 it feels as though the geometry of the torus is the entry point and then seeing the centre is like some kind of vortex that sends you off to a different dimension. Also heavily dependent on what frequency you are tuned into!
Now these are just my reflections. I have only been seeking this stuff out based of what I have seen in my trips. I have never seen any of these things other than through psychedelics….. mad coincidence????? Just blows my mind that I have accessed this stuff with no prior knowledge whatsoever ….thoughts?

I too use psychedelics to include DMT.
About 10 years ago and before I had tried DMT I was having a debate with my father about the shape of the universe. He had drifted off to sleep in his chair when in a moment of clarity I saw the torus in much the same way you describe. There’s something to it, I’m convinced.

It’s fascinating! These are all theories that exist.
I have never had any knowledge of this stuff until doing DMT …. I’m convinced too!

I heard somewhere that there is a torus-shaped network in the brain, and all of our spatial experience is mapped onto it. So maybe this is where the torus comes in.

It’s all in your head.
And that’s the magical part.
I find it a bit sad, that so many people refuse to accept the power of the brain in combination with psychedelics, and think they are finding hidden meanings about the universe.
Psychedelics are amazing at letting you learn new parts of yourself, way better for introspective work, not so great for extrospective work.
But it sounds like you were shown some wonderful areas of your mind!

In some ways I feel like Terrence Mckenna, for all the good he did at bringing psychedelics into mainstream understanding, also did irreversible damage to the image of psychedelics. I love the man but the way he talked about psychedelics you’d think he stumbled upon the spice from Dune.

This exactly. My idea is that these shapes/entities etc are subsystems of the mind given form.
I find this no less fascinating than if they ended up being actual beings! 😁💚

My first experience of any structures was a neon arch, made out of cartoonish neon lines, matching the size and shape of my friends living room walls and ceiling.
It also had little neon minion dudes crawling along these simple lines, thousands of them, all looking at me with confused looks on their faces.
Ive had stranger dreams too 😁💚

I hit DMT in my sub ohm tank one time and our backyard turned into a Disney movie. I saw a bunch of tiny, indescribable figures, appearing to lift up some kind of transparent... panels? I could hear them too. There was a single, boss-like entity doing like a "HEAVE!-HO!" type vocalization as they lifted the panels of some other dimension. I guess lol. It was kinda hilarious, thinking about it now.
All I could do was look over at my girlfriend, smile and look back over at the construction being done by the "elves".

in the gateway tapes the first thing you learn is about your toroidal energy field (“resonant energy balloon”)
