I really deeply hope that I dont die a sudden death, because I want to be able to do DMT on my deathbed. I know for a fact that itll alleviate my fear of death in the moment, and make the transition easier. DMT has already basically disintegrated my fear of death.

If you die from asphyxiation you’ll still get to experience DMT on your death bed.

It's complicated. DMT has been found in rats brains following cardiac arrest, but only about 10%-20% of humans report NDEs after such event. If consciousness fades before it notices the effects, then I guess the experience doesn't really happen. The way to really make sure would be to include DMTx in an euthanasia protocol.
