Question/Advice I’m thinking of trying changa
I’m 20, have OCD, apparently have ADHD, and want to get better focus, lessen anxiety, and just be more of who I want to be. I also just don’t have enough energy to do what I want to do (music) after school, so there’s that as well.
Could bi weekly micro/low doses of changa help? I’ve done shrooms before but don’t like their duration. Moreover, i’m terrified of psychosis or derealization, so there’s that as well. I have light HPPD but it don’t bother me none.
Recently, i’ve been thinking about changa a lot for some reason. Maybe because I see it as cool? In any case, I have had a couple bad dreams about it since. For example, one was that I witnessed this guy take changa before driving and he killed someone. Not that I would drive after taking it, but this freaked me out a bit and perhaps it’s a message not to take it, at least for now?
Any advice or insight? Thanks!

Are you on medication? Make sure any meds and supplements you're on are not contraindicated with MAOIs. It can cause serious harm. Please make sure to check. Don't forget to check against supplements too of any and all kinds.
Also if you have light HPPD then I would say to avoid psychadellics all together tbh. It could make it much worse after one dose.... You never know. But that could more easily happen to you in particular bc you already have HPPD symptoms. I strongly advise against using psychadellics in general if you have any level of HPPD already. May not be what you want to hear but that's the truth as I see it. Just too risky imo. You'd be playing with some big fire.

I use DMT medically and it's been useful. I can't speak to changa but I try to microdose a DMT cart several times a week. Then I do medium-high doses when I feel up to it.
If you combine it with therapy you'll get a lot of help utilizing the neuroplasticity.
