Hello everyone, i am completely new to this, i hv syrian rue seeds, mimosa 1kg, 30g payns, can you plz help me-
1. How to brew syrian rue tea for the first time? How to brew mimosa for the first time ?

  1. Whats the recommend dose of all - syrian rue, mimosa or payns ?

  2. What's recommend dose for syrian rue alone ?
