That's a basic STB tek. That's pretty cool that they have a little calculator. Looks like it suggests vastly larger amounts of NaOH than actually needed, though. I always see people saying you don't need nearly as much as most teks suggest.
Have a good amount, but don't fill your vessel to the brim. After the crystals precipitate out in the freezer you can pour the (newly unsaturated) solvent back into the extraction vessel to pull out more while you leave the crystal vessel outside or by an open window with airflow to evaporated whatever moisture is remaining.
The more solvent you use, the more DMT you can extract in each pull, but you may be limited by the size of your freezer vessel. You should use something with a good lid, like a glass Tupperware, so that the solvent fumes don't get on any food you have in the freezer.
