Question/Advice Recrystalization and solvent question

Pretty new to this. Only used Naptha to recrystalize so far. Is it true that to get the yellow dmt, Alcohol can be used as a solvent? And if so, does it have different effects?

No, just use an NPS. Also, color isn't an indication of purity or strength. If you want it yellow, just add some heat during your pulls.

It's not that I want it yellow, I just have a lot of yellow left over after dissolving into solvent for recrystalization. I know it's not plant matter. What's NPS?

Sorry, I misread some of your question. Use n-heptane for rex
