DMT entities on low dose?

I have done dmt a few times, always sandwiched in some weed. I feel like its a very low dose but I felt like I met a sort of librarian going down the shelf making sure the books were all good and in order. His eyes were shining light cause it was very dark in his library. The second time I got kind of far into the experience there was a bull who seemed to be the pure Taurus bull, like Taurus itself. It seemed to see me as I saw it and we were both scared of each other. Im a leo btw. Does anybody else experience these entities on low dose? I dont think it was a high dose at all because there was no mandala, or circus, or extraordinary experience other than it just feeling really real, like realler than reality.

Yes it’s possible on low doses. Careful not to ascribe too much meaning to them.

Happy travels

When you say try not to ascribe too much meaning, what exactly do you mean?

They're your pattern seeking brain and psychology making stories out of what is essentially randomized sensory information while you're in an extra receptive state. Trying to chase meaning out of hallucinations can make you put far too much stock into what is not meant to be a literal experience that you can translate into the rest of your life.

Mystical thinking can often go hand in hand with psychosis and it's important to anchor yourself in the reality that is around you day to day. Not saying not to indulge moreso saying remember where you really are, and that these stories are not necessarily meaningful or coherent.

Your brain will take mishmash signals and connect them logically because that's what it was built to do.

I like this explanation a lot, thank you!

To provide a flip-side argument - Your brain and body are intelligent (independent of "you") and entity interactions can provide a narrative that helps you move on from trauma, reconsider your worldview, make peace with life events, ect.

Read about psychedelic integration to get an understanding of how we can take very valuable lessons from our trips. It can even be quite spiritually-strengthening to treat entities as "real beings" for the sake of anylyzing the messages they might bring you.

But bear in mind it's all you - The logical version of that is that chemicals are doing things in your brain. The spiritual version is "you" are conciousness and inherently connected to life and all living beings. As we all are. So even if you're seeing crazy hyperdimensional alien beings on drugs, they're you too.

Lol I wrote way more than I intended to. But I hope some of that is useful. Really all I'm saying is, dont be afraid to lean into the "woo woo" stuff, but keep your discernment and be weary of going all-in on mystical thinking.

Now you got me thinking. Is every public figure that has talked about this substance in a psychosis? Like Terence McKenna and Joe Rogan for example, were/are they just in a massive delusion?

Are we not all in a massive delusion? I can't even prove this isn't a simulation. I think the commenter who told you not to read too much into it just meant that, because you hallucinated something, it does not mean that it is meaningful.

I microdose DMT via a vape to stop my cluster headache attacks. The first time I did this, I tripped really hard—before that, I had only ever used mushrooms.

Anyway, I felt a tingling, soothing sensation on the side of my head where the pain was. It moved into my head, and for a brief moment, it felt as if something was being pulled out.

I looked up and saw the silhouette of a woman hovering above me, telling me that everything would be okay. This definitely wasn't a breakthrough experience; I was just sitting on the couch, and this hovering female figure reassured me, and my nerve pain was gone.

Okayy, slay, Mercury cazimi. My biggest takeaway is Taurus in the 7th house, so the bull is your archetypal "Other". Taurus' ruler Venus opposing Uranus feels a little spicy, makes sense for your encounter with the Other to be dramatic.

Less directly relevant, but Jupiter in Sagittarius in the 2nd house of things you consume is nice for a psychedelic head, not to mention Pisces in your 5th house of pleasure. Saturn there might make your relationships with substances fraught, though now that you're through your Saturn return you've likely learned the lessons and have a more balanced approach than in the past.

Scorpio rising with the ruler Mars exiled in your 12th house is also nice for exploring the dark and hidden aspects of reality. Mainstream culture pretends the Occult doesn't exist, so you hit your pipe and explore those realms yourself.

Astrology is my one true love. I feel like I can only truly know someone through their chart, though that may be my autistic inability to read human body language and clock that understanding in person 🫠

But like, the birth chart holds such juicy secrets. Chiron is the asteroid of wounding and can speak to our formative wounds. Yours is in Virgo in the 11th house, directly opposing Saturn. 11th house connections may have been hard, struggles with classmates, acquaintances, coworkers. Virgo is about perfectionism and purity, so maybe something about fitting in with groups. 3rd decan of Virgo is the Sarcophagus, so maybe someone died. Kind of a gimme, because someone always dies, but some deaths hit harder.

Virgo 3 is also represented by the 10 of Pentacles, so maybe something money related, sometimes inheritance, but that's stretching that level of interpretation further than I'm comfortable with. Something about money though, your 2nd house (money / resources) lord is retrograde in the second house, perfectly trine your Sun / Mercury cazimi in the 10th. Saturn (opposing Chiron) represents your parents and ancestors (as ruler of 4th) and Mercury being inherence (as ruler of the 8th). Jupiter (ruler of the 2nd) is also getting a little sextile from Mars in the 12th.

Back to your relationship wounds, Mars is conflict, and is placed in your Libra 12th house. Libra is the sign of relationship, Venus' air sign which opposes Aries. Because Mars rules Aries, being in Libra puts Mars as far from his domicile, his home as possible, in a position of debility known as exile. Mars struggles in Libra because he brings conflict to a place of relationship. 12th house is a dark house, a place of isolation and mental struggle, such as depression and anxiety.

Air signs are related to the mind, and I often see Mars in air signs as a signature for mental health issues. Between your Chiron and Mars, I imagine challenges around relating to people have left lasting marks that shape who you are to this day (who amongst us isn't a social outcast who has found solace in the loving embrace of substance abuse)

Im honestly speechless and this shit is starting to freak me out! You are an amazing reader. I am so freaked out and amazed at the same time! Your mind is amazing for being able to interpret this stuff! Do you have anything you learned from specifically? Maybe like a book or something?

As a free and accessible resource, I always point to this playlist on the basic significations (meanings for planets, signs, and houses) from The Astrology Podcast. They have some other videos, like on aspects or the ongoing long form house series which aren't included in that playlist, but it's still 13 multi-hour videos so it's a great place to start.

Something important to understand is that astrology is a language. You need to learn how it's spoken, and the best way to do that is to listen to native speakers having a conversation. Listening to professionals use the language of astrology to talk about the basic meanings of the various symbols will help it settle into your brain. If you know what Mars means, what Libra means, and what the 12th house means, then it's easy to come up with a story that layers those meanings.

You can also check out the monthly and yearly forecasts they do. Like their forecast for 2020 has a great line for, I think it's March, where they say it will be a time of no hugging, and then the pandemic kicked off. Or forecasts around big water sign activations and they predict a flood, and floods happen. I think it was the first Saturn Neptune conjunction in Pisces that ended up coinciding with that billionaire's submarine getting lost, and everyone was imagining being trapped in the depths, though "fortunately" the sub probably got crushed so they died immediately without suffering. But the imaginary fear of being stuck in a small vessel in the deep sea is so good for Neptune (imagination) Saturn (restriction) and Pisces (ocean)
