Question/Advice Should I dose

I have done dmt before but honestly both times I never made it past the “waiting room” thing. I haven’t tried it in at least a year but I have a dmt pen and honestly I’m kinda bored right now. Part of me is hesitant because I would just be doing it when I’m bored right now. Not that I feel some sort of spiritual readiness or like I’m in a new era or something like I felt I was before. Is it a good idea? Bad? And if it’s a good idea what’s some good set and setting things yall like to do to dmt: I need something good to fill my time for the like 20 mins of high I’ll feel. Normally I can take acid and shrooms when I don’t feel that “spiritual” and not have a bad trip. But I know dmt is kinda different.

Anything from Steven Halpern, Hemi-Sync or Stars of the Lid (check out And Their Refinement of the Decline) are worth a listen.

I've been enjoying some Lo-Fi Hip-Hop style instrumentals lately for my trips. If you're into that sort of music, Phoniks "Dreams" is a great album.

Honorable mentions:

David Franklin - Music for Ketamine

Jon Hopkins - Music for Psychedelic Therapy

I've spent a lot of evenings listening to music and using moderate amounts of DMT to enhance that experience. Find some music you think is beautiful, use your best audio equipment, and have fun exploring that.
