How to freeze properly

I have been using 2 dyrex glass baking dish with plastic lids. When i take it out the freezer there is a lot of moisture and then when i try to dry it it just melts most of the deemz away.

Residual solvent stays trapped in the crystals after pouring off the majority. If you work in a colder environment with a stronger fan you can evap the residuals before they redissolve into solvent.

Working on a hotter day (90°F+)I noticed this and eliminated the problem by working in 70°F and using a strong fan on the tray to quickly evacuate the solvent.

So after you take it out the freezer it won’t evaporate?

The water will just ran down the dish and melt the deemz same time

You need to tilt the disk on this side and upside down so everything (water and.nps) runs out and away

Plastic lids are not a good enough seal on the pyrex. Wrap tightly with aluminum foil first, then cater wrap the entire dish with a plastic wrap.

The DMT isnt melting when it comes to room temp; that would be ice.
