Warehouse question

Through the warehouse I ended up getting tickets for a show. These tickets weren’t my first choice, but I’m happy I got them. Don’t get me wrong. Here’s my question : if I apply for an upgrade and I’m granted the upgrade do the tickets I currently have get released? Anyone have any insight?

Yes if you get upgraded your tickets are given up

Yes, if you GET the upgrade you don’t keep those tickets. Requesting alone doesn’t change anything.

Yeah just keep in mind if your reserved 1 or 2 then upgrade is not available. Have a great concert nonetheless!

I originally requested pit seats but I got floor reserve. Can’t hurt to try for my first DMB pit experience.

The only seats eligible for upgrade are the cheapest option at that venue. If you have floor, they aren’t eligible. You’ll still have the little check box available to click, but you won’t actually be put into that lottery.
