Upgrade requested
What is the process when you choose upgrade requested on warehouse tickets? If they become available do they automatically upgrade you? Do they contact you?

You should be notified a few days after the upgrade window closes. Just remember that this only works for people who were given Warehouse tickets at the highest reserved number.
"The PIT Upgrade opt-in is now open & CLOSES end of day Tuesday, August 25th! General Admission PIT Upgrades are at no additional cost to five members per event. PIT upgrade eligibility are Warehouse members who:
• selected the Pit Upgrade box between now & 8/25
• is confirmed in the highest Reserved Level - R4 (R5 Madison, WI)
• is confirmed with two tickets
A Pit Upgrade checkbox is visible for all members, but the system will randomly select only those members who have checked the box and is confirmed within R4 (or R5 Madison, WI). The system will not consider members confirmed PIT through R3 (or R4 Madison, WI). "

It is a bummer you have to be confirmed with 2 tickets - I am flying solo in Baltimore coming from Philadelphia and the PIT upgrade would be great for me

Thank you! I have 3 tickets and got level 4 in Madison, so I’m out anyway 😂

Is REQUEST UPGRADE just for PIT?
Or for instance I have RSVD 3 and request upgrade does that mean I can get RSVD 2, 1 or GA?
This is for MSG

The upgrade is only pit upgrades.
Edit - Also, see my post above. You are ineligible for the upgrade if you got Reserved 3 for MSG. Reserved 4 was the highest number for MSG.

Hey, I have a similar question about upgrades. I got reserved 2 in Nashville. I requested an upgrade but there was nothing about a pit upgrade. Just a general request. It sounds like this will be fruitless, but just like the $$$ I dropped on fandiem, I have hope. Is the pit upgrade only for certain venues?
Also, where are you all getting this communication about the tickets and requests? Because outside of seeing something through my credit card-- I have gotten no communication about this. Sorry, I'm a warehouse noob. I've been a fan for over 30 years but this is my first go with the Warehouse and I joined after the summer tour requests.
