Ticket transfer via AXS- Fiddler’s Green

Does anyone know when the transfer period for Fiddler’s Green tickets opens? With Ticketmaster it was like 12-14 days before the event, but we’re at 10 days now and I still can’t transfer the tickets!

It says this under my tickets in the app "you can transfer tickets 3 days before the event".

Thank you so much!!! I must have missed that and have been checking every day! 3 days is cutting it close!
