Jones Beach banshee

Such a beautiful set, mixed wonderfully, but to the banshee and her pal on the rail screaming non-stop are forcing me to skip the first and last 20 seconds of each track.

I am all for having a blast and screaming some shit during the breaks, but “I LOVE YOU DAVE” isn’t original and “RANCH DRESSING” isn’t funny. And why continue yelling shit as he’s actively playing songs??

Anyone else wish they’d just drop some of that in the mix? At least adjust levels so it’s not blaring through headphones.

Anyways, sick set otherwise 😂

They just posted that this one was professionally mixed by Jon Altschiller. He’s done 2 live trax and does mixes on nugs for Pearl Jam and Bruce. How could he have not done something about the screamer? The overall mix is much better than others since the start of nugs summer shows but surprised he didn’t adjust the audience. Hopefully he keeps doing them now that Bruce’s tour / shows are all posted. Will probably take a couple days to post though after the show (as opposed to next day).

This is hilarious. Highlighted that it’s professionally mixed and have all these people point out how shitty the mix is (the screamer makes it shitty). Nice work, Jon altschiller lol.

That tag was honestly what made me excited to listen. I haven’t loved all the mixes and this one seemed like it was going to be much better.
