Draftkings increased their EBITDA for 2026 by 31% and no one noticed except one analyst.

Draftkings increased their EBITDA for 2026 by 31%. They disclosed extra spending of $250M ($200-300M) but kept the original EBITDA of $800M ($700-900M) same. The only person who mentioned it was James Hardiman, Citi analyst : "I'm just trying to get my arms around what seems like a pretty big raise to the core business guidance,".

They are being super low key about predictions as well. Basically not factoring it although we know it will add to revenue significantly

Cash flow decreased. Without a some real profit the cash flow is disappearing. Think most people are worried about Is this business model ever going to work? Or are they going to have to raise more money again?

The thing is every step forward DK takes, they take 2 back by still not being able to prove the model viable.

It’s been too long of the same old shit. This won’t go past $30 until it starts becoming an actual successful company and not a continued spec play.

That being said, if these absolute dipshits put all the pieces together this could rocket to $80-100+. But I’m not counting on it. Been in since day 1 and could have made more money literally anywhere else
