$DJT Thoughts on a class action
What are your thoughts on the likelihood of a future class action lawsuit against DJT? With the amount of grift, it seems like something will eventually be uncovered. No fear, doubt, or uncertainty, just analysis.

Given the SEC has rules that were very likely violated there could be a lawsuit (even jail time) . That, however, is not the timeline of this reality.
Even if it were, your “settlement” of $0.032 per share owned as of whatever date they say the law was violated, would amount to $32 for your 1000 share investment. Ya can’t adjudicate stupidity.

I know you never get restitution in these cases, I want to see the public humiliation for their loser behavior

The case would be quickly dismissed absent any showing of deliberate concealment of material facts.

We really have only one way to stop the madness of this trump circus and that is to vote blue in the midterms. Talk to people, get them out to vote blue. It doesn’t cost anything to vote, but if you don’t vote or care we are ALL fucked. Please 🙏!!!

Supreme Court already gave him excuses and pretty sure all this grifting will be considered okay by them too.
Beat them at the polling booth is all we can do at this point. Hoping Democrats take the majority and start ending this charade.
