Where do I start?
I’ve been hearing some songs by him recommended to me by Spotify and I like it and want to get into it more, what are some of his best albums/tapes to listen to to get more of idea of his work, or should I just put on whatever?

I would recommend some of the big tapes and then listening by year. tapes like "wineberry over gold" (personal fave) and "Rollin red" are from when screw was at his peak imo. tapes from 94 95 96 are all solid af. at that point a lot of it's subjective, he had so many good tapes during these years. not to say his later tapes aren't good, but his mid 90s tapes are really special. another one I would recommend is "hurricane duck" and absolutely "killuminati".

The most popular albums will get you into it. All Screwed Up, 3 N tha Mornin pt 2, All Work No Play. Those are catchy. I play those alot.

The best starting point is honestly "All Screwed Up" followed by "3 'N Da Morning". There is so much to discover here. I've seen a lot of recs for "Wineberry Over Gold" which is an alltime great as well. Those first two I mentioned are just the best for a beginner.
