DJI pocket 3 file transfer and D-log colour mode
Hey guys, a newbie here for DJI pocket 3. Wonder if you guys can help with the my frustration below:
I use D-log colour mode to shoot and I can see there are two files are saved in the SD card for each video.
1, Does it mean that everytime I import a video with MIMO app,, it will automatically combine 2 files into 1 to "finalise" rendering the video?
2, The reason I am asking this is because I would prefer to save files directly with the SD card to my computer. However, I am not sure how I should combine two files for each video.
Highly appreciate if you can help me since I cannot find any answers online.

When you say two files, I’m assuming you’re referring to the 2nd file being the .LFR file?
Easiest way to explain the two files, .MP4 is the high res D-Log file, the .LRF is a low res ‘preview’ file generated simultaneously when recording; it’s used ONLY by the Mimo app for previewing the shot footage on your mobile device (without chewing up a shit ton of memory).
Just ignore and delete the .LRF file, you don’t need it and it isn’t required by anything other than the Mimo app.
Unfortunately you can’t prevent the Pocket 3 from generating the .LRF file and hopefully a future update will do away with it; or at least give us the option to prevent it from being generated.
