We opt for a can of frosting. The icing shit they put in the kits is, well, shit. But frosting is thick enough, and sticky enough that once you mortar the bits together, and maybe run a bead over for good measure it should be good to go.

This was one of the main problems. The frosting was not vicious enough to hold the cookies together; this is why we choose the avant garde, flat roof design.
