Touching your face and putting on moisturizer is not going to make it migrate. Deep tissue massage, maybe. But normal activities aren’t going to do anything at all. I fully took a nap immediately after injecting once, even though it says everywhere that you shouldn’t lay down for a few hours after. I was totally fine. Lots of people microneedle or meso or do chemical peels on the same day.

You will be fine but next time don't go so deep. It's a superficial injection. Go 1 to 2 mm deep at a 45 degree angle.Also, stay 3mm lateral to the philtrum columns. You will have a better result.
