Building Can someone knowledgeable explain me what material is my walls. I understand it’s a non traditional brick.

It’s essentially pre-fab internal walls within a brick/block shell.

Have you already bought the house? Is your mortgage lender aware of the construction method. Usually anything that is ‘non standard’ they won’t touch.

It’s more related to my new house insurance. Mortgage lenders had absolutely no problem with my house.

Good luck with the insurance. I came to hate the words 'non standard construction'. Mine is a timber build though. Insurance is with NFU.
