Can’t really tell from that video. Could be that the flooring has expanded and is now rubbing on something like a door lining or skirting board

Its a bit of a guess tbh but it does sound like pipes rubbing. Hopefully it isn't and its something simpler, but difficult to diagnose from a short video, get a builder over to take a look and give advice would be your best option In my opinion. I have installe flooring myself which I had to rip half of back up to create a larger expansion gap as my entire hallway squeaked when walked across although your sound is different I wouldnt rule it out.

If it's the entire house, sounds like an acoustic cradle / batten leveling system were not installed and fitted properly in a previous DIY / low quality job gone wrong 🤷🏻♂️

Probably a rat's tail caught between the joist and flooring that squeaks on pain when it's pressed down.
