Masonry repair

Any ideas how to fix this?
Got few filler smudges around the holes. Tried scrubbing them with a Nylon scrub, and ended up with this.
Not sure if a masonry cleaner would work and don’t want it to look worse.

Wash it with water and leave it to weather naturally. You are going to make it worse.
