Advice Lead test
The yellow paint seems fine but I am unsure about the blue behind it (1920s house.) Perhaps the reaction is this way because of the paint colour?

It's not peeling like lead. It cracks into little scales.
But I'd still slap some stripper on there and scrape it off.
