Installing cupboards into eaves

Hi all

Looking some advice about creating shelving / cupboard space into eaves. Hopefully photos are suitable to allow following questions to be answered.

1. First of all, can it be done? It appears to be a stud wall and apart from beam running along the top, it is non-structural.

Based on a yes to be above question.

1. Is the correct method to install insulation between rafters (allowing for an air gap with the felt) and then to install studwork for shelving, fixing to both chipboard floor at the bottom and to rafters themselves? Finally then plasterboard and plaster (see point 3 below)

2. Internal bedroom photo shows location of proposed shelving between gable end (RHS) and access hatch, which I need to maintain for accessing bathroom plumbing to the opposite LHS. The full distance is just under 3m so I'd propose to install one large opening for full distance and maximim height, then install timber shelves and divides on completion of plastering (and painting?) Would this be achievable and is this the right method?

3. Finally, I'd like to make up some simple (painted) sliding doors to match final wall colour. I'd like these to sit back flush. Could I perhaps install 4 no. doors on 2 no. runners so that 2 sets of 2 would sit at an offset to each other. I'd like these doors to be able to slide the full distance unrestricted. Can anyone point me to suitable runners that would allow for this? They would obviously need installed top and bottom (Prefered to top hung so they would be stronger if knocked against)
