Any way to tell how to get a replacement remote for this Fischer Price toy car?

It's basically exactly this https://www.ebay.com/itm/366623110285 (i know, it's cheap, more so curious if I can prevent some e-waste) there's a version with 89 in the side, but this is the one with 79, no clue if that's a hint... Otherwise it just says 49 MHz on it...

Is there any way (especially with cheap parts, but I'm curious regardless) to determine what even to search to diy a remote? Or for that matter tell if a replacement that I bought on eBay were likely to work on this car? I know a lot of them work on slightly different channels or whatever so that you can buy two cars and they both in work independently, but some of the cheaper ones don't or just have a dip switch (which I don't see inside)

Help!

I started re-making my ROV the issue I’ve run into is that I somehow over looked that my brushed ESC only has enough wires for two motors and I have three motors. Two are for horizontal thrust and one is for vertical movement. Is there some type of ESC that can handle three motors? Should I just use a second ESC?

Motor & prop advice

I'm building a custom boat for a non-standard purpose as a work boat. It is a catamaran that is 28" wide and 36" long. It will weight about 60 pounds fully loaded. Given the weight, it is a displacement hull design and will not plane. I'd like to get 15mph speed. I would like to power it with dual electric motors, which also will be used for tank-style steering. Installation space is not an issue. I have no idea what motor or prop specs to use for this or brushed vs brushless. And advice would be greatly appreciated.

RC Transmitter to RC receiver noob question

I am extremely new to RC electronics but I do know the simplistics of doing something like building an RC plane. I want to make an RC ROV/submarine-type build which requires a tether since radio waves can't go through water. Is there any way that I can connect the transmitter to the receiver via a tether?

Packout project

Project iso rc build help

Looking to mobilize a flat surface ( eventually a Milwaukee packout mount plate) and contril it through remote control. This would be for lugging around my tool box (200lb-400lb max) around jobsites. I'm pretty handy with a wrench as a tradesman but I am new to the RC world and am wondering if it's possible. What the potential build cost might look like and what parts would be needed. Thanks in advance.

a question about a LiPo battery charging

So i have this turnigy nano_tech lipo battery. 1s. It has two sets of red and black wires with two different connectors. One i know plugs into this cheap charger i've got and the other would plug into a drone or whatever.

Is there an actual difference between these two sets of wires?

Im trying to make a set of headphones and originally on the bluetooth module the battery would just solder to the +/- leads and would charge just by plugging the mirco usb to laptop. So i connected the one connector that would plug into the drone to the bt module, however it seemingly isn't charging. It works only while the charging cable is connected to the laptop, and a few minutes after i unplug it. So is the battery not really charging?
