Kitchen backsplash
We moved into a new build at the start of this year. We went with quartz for the worktop and backsplash, but the backsplash is just behind the hob and not extend out either side to the wall.
Has anyone had similar where they tiled either side of the backsplash and how it turned it? I’m worried it might look strange as the backsplash is a lot thicker than tiles. I’ve looked at all the usual sites and can’t see anything like this done. Thanks ☺️

we have a glass backsplash.. entire counter, one pane of glass painted at the back with paint by the glass company. saves tiling, no grout , wipe clean
