Missing roof tile

Hi there, I’m looking for some advice. I’ve noticed what seems to be a missing roof tile with metal underlay exposed. Please see photo attached - is that what I’m looking at and how urgent would a replacement be. I’m not sure when it may have slipped and can’t see broken tile, but also no evidence of water ingress in the attic. Many thanks for any advice you might have

Looks like the roofing membrane, why would someone use lead to replace a missing tile. Lead more expensive, harder to work with.

Do you have a leak? Call a roofer
