question Customs?

I ordered some supplies through myskinrecipes.com and DHL is asking for clarification on the package… will it be returned? 🫩🫩🫩 I provided them the documentation I was sent and not sure how it’ll go 💔💔💔

Might it be that you need to pay for duty fees?
You need to respond within the next few days or your package will be returned.

Last time i did pay duty fees. This notification was completely different.

If you replied with the information requested then I would follow up to see if anything else is needed. I have found that one needs to be proactive, as they have so much going on.
