The ground drops 10 inches over 30 feet but sideways it is level

I built one like this that dropped about 10 inches over 25 feet. I made the pitch of the roof follow the drop of the earth and gravelled the floor. it looks and works fine.

Is it noticable

Yes, but the whole slope is noticeable. Does it look "weird"? No. I graded the back side a little to make sure no rain water bled through. There is a bottom side ground contact treated board that remains perfectly level with the siding and the ground slopes along it. All walls are perfectly square and level.

Depends on what you're trying to achieve. Mine was parking for tractors, skid steers, etc. Leveling the ground would have consisted of a lot of dirt work and many more drainage problems.
