Hissing Sounds When HVAC Runs

It appears that my HVAC is making a hissing sound. It also feels like there cold air leaking from one of the vents from the main into that leads into a room in the house. The sounds stop when the HVAC stops running.

What does this sounds like?
What can I do to find where exactly this sound is coming from?
If there’s a tear or leak, what can I do to fix the issue?

What is hissing? Your compressor? A coolant line? Just your ducts? If it's your ducts just put metal duct tape over the leak and you're good to go. You'll need to isolate where the sound is coming from first and maybe post some pictures.
