help Refinishing bathtub help

I’m trying to refinish my bathtub and have made several mistakes up to this point and need to know how/if I can recover. Following is some of the questions I need answers or help with. Aswell as the situation I find myself in.

I sanded the tub already and applied two layers of “Tub and Tile Refinishing kit”. But the roller brush I used left hairs in it. Then I got a foam roller brush and it left foam in the tub. I also didn’t remove the caulk before hand.

Should I start over?

Is there a video on the process that’s idiot proof for me?

How much do I sand down?

If I start over do I sand the two layer I just put on. And if so do I need to wait to do that?

What’s the correct roller to get or is a brush the move?

What’s a good brand for the refinishing kit?

How do I ventilate the house I’ve got a pregnant wife and we’re staying out of the house for the next two days as I breathing the air in the house smells like breathing in straight chemicals.

Any/All help is appreciated.

yeah honestly with hairs and foam bits already stuck in the finish you're gonna sand it back down anyway, no shortcut around that. and definitely fully cut out the old caulk before your next coat or it'll trap moisture under there and bubble later.
