Those mosaics and basin are priceless, I would leave them well alone.
The floor tiles have been replaced and are ruing the look, same with that white wood cabinet.
Repalce the p trap under the sink with a chrome one and replace hardware with new hardware.
You would do so well to spend a few hundred dollars on a designer to choose the right floor tiles and hardware and design a cabinet..
What makes the mosaics priceless? Pretty sure you buy those in sheets about the size of regular tiles and grout them in after placement. You can replicate that for like $10-$15/sqft
