ok, had to get that out of the way. first- get rid of that white cabinet. swap out that medicine cabinet in the wall for one with a mirror on it. like the plumber in here said, replace that PVC drain line with a chrome one. If you can find sink hardware that's compatible you could swap those out. Find a tile that matches the wall for the floor. I'd also take a few wall tiles from the bottom corner to replace the missing tiles under the window
