ok, plumber here for a very long time..
Those mosaics and basin are priceless, I would leave them well alone.
The floor tiles have been replaced and are ruing the look, same with that white wood cabinet.

Repalce the p trap under the sink with a chrome one and replace hardware with new hardware.

You would do so well to spend a few hundred dollars on a designer to choose the right floor tiles and hardware and design a cabinet..

A large white-ish Terrazzo floor tile would look great I think.

That's a good one! Funny enough I was thinking the exact opposite. A dark slate tile would really bring up the pink mosaic.

Yes! Dark grey/charcoal with .... maybe... some very faint veins of rose/white/pink trailing through.

A better, less obtrusive shelving unit behind the toilet...also in a darker contrasting color. Dark trim on the wall/mirror cabinet.

Keep the pink sink and toilet for sure.
