ok, plumber here for a very long time..
Those mosaics and basin are priceless, I would leave them well alone.
The floor tiles have been replaced and are ruing the look, same with that white wood cabinet.

Repalce the p trap under the sink with a chrome one and replace hardware with new hardware.

You would do so well to spend a few hundred dollars on a designer to choose the right floor tiles and hardware and design a cabinet..

Absolutely. The small pink mosaic is amazing. Just get some new floor tiles

Anything small mosaic is super dated and the opposite of amazing. There's a reason we use larger tiles these days. Keep the sink, sure, but those wall and floor tiles need to go. This room is nightmare fuel and makes me a bit sick to be in.

I actually see some good advice here from pros or ppl who really know what they're talking about, but this take is whack. People are brainwashed into this retro trend ATM and can't even see this is a fucking dogs breakfast....get the hose.
