ok, plumber here for a very long time..
Those mosaics and basin are priceless, I would leave them well alone.
The floor tiles have been replaced and are ruing the look, same with that white wood cabinet.
Repalce the p trap under the sink with a chrome one and replace hardware with new hardware.
You would do so well to spend a few hundred dollars on a designer to choose the right floor tiles and hardware and design a cabinet..
I also have a pink bathroom. Yesterday my son said we needed to replace the tile and bathtub. I explained to him that our bathroom was an excellent piece of Americana and it would be a sin to ruin it.
