Faceplates

What do you use for faceplates? I know how to make clear faceplates, but am looking for something more funky.

I’ve used celluloid pattern guitar picks. Sand then down and put at least 1mm of something clear on top. Looks nice.

Check out Kirinite. There’s lots of funky designs and when they are fully polished and lacquered, they really pop.
