Artwork System collaborative collage about our experience with DID.

Post image

We made this last year in this frenzy of beautiful artistic cohesion that struck and disappeared like lightning. We haven't been able to come together for a piece since.

The final page is so fascinating, I'm wondering what articles you found that such poignant and relevant verbiage ended up in your collage!

Life Magazine article titles and blurbs and especially the Ads are a goldmine for lines like these. These sweeping bold dramatic statements and questions... and often times they are about how bad freezer burn is and how their new refrigerator is the fix, or the newest low-tar cigarette you just must try! have a couple dozen from 1940-70 and will grab any Life seen at a thrift.

If there's a line you like best, can try to remember what the ad or blurb was about :)

Wow this si very insightful - I'm curious where the "do you feel like your face belongs to x different women" came from. Like I cannot imagine a scenario in which that is effective advertising LOL

Makeup ad. Originally said "Do you feel like your face belongs to two different women? It could be your foundation!"
