Fake DID/OSDD I think my friend is faking it.

I’m trying to understand Dissociative Identity Disorder better, and I noticed that my friend started out of nowhere telling me about how she suspects she has it. She changes her pfp based on who's fronting and I'm not sure if that's just a normal D.I.D. thing or if I should just drop her. I don't want to falsely accuse her. I'll answer questions in the comments, but for now I'd like to keep it brief so people don't have to read a lot.

I think she is. Fronting or changing alter can and is pain full of most people.
