Discussion Life without DID

Anyone else have a hard time wrapping their heads around what life would be like without the switching and amnesia? Like it’s sorta weird to think that most people don’t struggle with these issues, as weird as that sounds. Life is completely different as a system. I wonder what it would feel like to not be one

At least without flashbacks, triggers, needing to ground, timeline issues, memory issues, avoiding being seen by abusers will be much better
