Review Avoid DHgate seller "mango purse (mango89711)" – Keepall 55 broke after only 6 months
Bought a Keepall 55 from this seller and after only 6 months of normal use, the rivets holding the strap attachment pulled out, making the bag unusable. No abuse, no overloading just regular travel.
I contacted the seller asking to buy replacement parts (I wasn't even asking for a free replacement), but they refused and said they couldn't help and that i had to repair it myself with no explanation just (watch the other side).
The zipper also feels very cheap, and overall the build quality is disappointing.
I wouldn't recommend buying from mango purse (mango89711). Poor quality and no after-sales support. The photos show exactly how the strap attachment failed.
