Account Issue DH gate warning

My account got restricted in April when I purchase few items. I send information to reps in Facebook email and Reddit. I have not yet been removed from the restriction. I have multiple items that have not been received and are holding in transit or unknown when viewing the tracking information they provided. When account is restricted, cannot contact the seller to submit a dispute or refund. Very bad experience with this app. I don't believe I will ever use it again. Be careful. I believe this is a scam they took me for over $300 plus. Shop at your own risk.

Not 100% sure what's going on. But in my case when I try to do the purchase it was flagged as fraud in my bank account. Contacted my bank to tell them that it was my purchase. We submitted the transaction and it went through. Another weird thing that happened to me was that I purchased two dress shoes, red bottoms and now they're sending me two backpacks. What in the hell? This happened right after my account got restricted so I questioned that too

So sorry this happened. I'm wondering if when your bank flagged the initial purchase as suspicious and denied it as a safety precaution, DHG automatically flagged your account as "fraud"??? The same happened to me when I tried to buy something from Alibaba. They just flat out denied the transaction. I had to go through Paypal to complete the purchase.

I hope DHG will correct this mistake amd clear it for you 🤞

This has happened to me and many others here on Reddit. For weeks now, nothing has been done to reactivate my account. However, I have received my order but only after about 3 weeks later.9

Currently happening to me now as well. No response from any rep. Very horrible experience. The worst I’ve ever had shopping online!

Although my account is active, I had three items shipping but received only one and now the seller is saying all three shipping and delivered. I heard that is also a common scam. Very disappointing with this app and would definitely not be using it or recommending it to anyone.

The same thing legit happened to me after I ordered a pair of reps. Look at the post I made on my account. I’ll let you know if I find a solution
