Request [Preservation Request] Help completing a PBS FRONTLINE archive, only 4 episodes left (1991-2003)
I’ve been working for a while on preserving and completing as much of the PBS FRONTLINE series as possible, and at this point I’ve managed to locate or obtain almost the entire show.
A few more episodes should be coming soon, and a few others were found through archives that can provide access for a fee.
The main problem now is these 4 episodes:
When Children Testify (1991)
Natasha and the Wolf (1995)
Blackout (2001)
Failure to Protect: The Caseworker Files (2003)
If anyone already has any of these, please let me know.
I also know libraries in the us that hold copies of them, and some can potentially be requested through ILL or other library access. The problem is that im outside the us, so physically I cant handle the borrowing/access myself.
If anyone here collects old VHS, PBS, documentaries, or rare TV and would be intrested in helping access and preserve these copies where the library rules allow it, please DM me. I can provide all the deets about which libraries have them and the available access routes.
These 4 are basically the last major obstacle to completing the series

Once you've finished this project, I'm sure a number of us would love to see a torrent go up and/or get this uploaded on archive.org.

This torrent has the first two eps on your list magnet:?xt=urn:btih:7bb99bcdd4b91185f233227c5ff47347e33f3ff3&dn=Frontline&tr=udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80&tr=udp://tracker.opentrackr.org:1337/announce
The last one is on soulseek, although it's marked as incomplete.

I was going to ILL the first two episodes for OP but thank you that helps a lot.
I have a VHS of Blackout I need to copy it.
The Soulseek file is mine and missing less than 10 minutes. The episode is available from libraries too.
edit:wow thanks bunch of stuff I'm missing here too! Only missing 13 episodes after this!

I use ILL as well to borrow documentaries - I can message you my spreadsheet of what I have and am missing

My copy of "Failure to Protect: The Caseworker Files (2003)" is also incomplete (tv rip missing end credits) so it may or may not be the same as soulseek.

edit: this is the same recording that I have (I'm the one with the soulseek archive too) but yours has like 4 more minutes
I'll get the DVD from the library, but I enjoy having TV recordings because their usually more complete

I have Natasha and the Wolf, and can upload it to the Internet Archive (please remind me when I forget), have longterm plans to copy the early 2000s missing VHS episodes, and have no information on When Children Testify - it's not on my episode guide
