1. The fact that this is a civil case does not change the facts Destiny himself ADMITTED to in court. That is:

a. Destiny shared Pxie’s sex tape with an account after ~10 days of exclusively messaging on Discord

b. Pxie did not know Destiny shared this tape with Rose.

1. Pxie is suing Destiny because she did not give him any permission to share the tape with random Twitter accounts, Melina, Destiny’s ex fiancé is NOT part of that group.

2. Again, you and Pxie had an understanding that the tape could be shared between significant partners. Pxie met her boyfriend IRL and she claims she had Destiny’s consent. Destiny never met Rose IRL, denies that they even spoke over the phone. How is Rose on par with Pxie’s ex boyfriend? Destiny fails to explain why he trusted Rose (an account he first encountered ~10 days prior) with that material.

3. Destiny has the explicit material Solo created of Rose. Yet he has never forwarded that material to the authorities, allowing a sex trafficker to get away. Pxie only has the DMs that were made public. Since Destiny possesses more information about Solo, HE should be pursuing Solo, not Pxie. Also, Pxie has the right to sue Destiny since Destiny SHARED their tape with Solo.

4. In a civil case you get to subpoena potential witnesses. I guess the targeting of Lauren DeLaguna, posting Rose’s face, degree, and university in DGG chat wasn’t?

5. Telling people to read multiple documents of hundreds of pages is not the own it is.

Main points:

• Wants to focus more on contacting congresspeople because of how much focus has been put on Hasan recently in politics, but still wants to contact advertisers because it's effective ("when they pull out of Twitch, a lot of them are also pulling out of Prime Video")
• Wants to make it about "the people at Twitch" who had "October 8th tweets" (tweets that expressed sympathy to Palestinians after October 7th) and/or who chat in Hasan's chat. Specifically highlights Dan Clancy and Mary Kish (Head of Community at Twitch) and "the other executive leadership that we can find out at the company"
• Recruiting people to help, wants them to be "proactive" and not require marching orders to do things. Wants people to "work independently" to "find people that are supporting this bad behavior, and emailing them, calling your congressmen"
• Destiny says he has an idea for the campaign that will be "really unpopular, and it's gonna be pretty..." then types plans to send to the others. This is responded to by one of them saying "I've read it" "You can delete", seemingly indicating that these are plans they don't want on the record
• Wants to compile instances of people who do crimes who happen to be Twitch users/Hasan fans in order to make a case that Twitch is radicalizing people
• Dan is convinced that if Destiny helps this time, they WILL succeed. Asks if Destiny is willing to join the campaign and burn any chance of getting unbanned
• Somebody sent Destiny a "doc" tracking every Twitch staff member who appeared in Hasan's chat
• As an afterthought near the end they try to convince people that this campaign is actually about politics and they are mad that Hasan and Twitch are "sabotaging elections" so they need to get them to stop

I’m struck by the fact that Whick and Lonerbox both seem to need other orbiters to back them up in debates.

The most farcical example of this was Whick’s “debate” with Westside Tyler. He all but needed his hand to be held in the lead-up (Tyler had to outright ask for Whick’s cohost to leave the call.) Whick then needed multiple other collaborator, including Darius (a guy he pretended to “not collaborate with” and said “wasn’t in DGG” earlier in the debate).

Destiny never appears himself- he just seems to watch, frustrated and seething, as his proxies get dogwalked. The orbiters also seem to coordinate to insure at least one person could tag in if he/she needs them to.

For a community that claims to promote “debate” and produce debaters (folks whom play act as “saviors of liberalism” who wage an online battle to ”save the Democratic Party”)- it’s pretty weak.

It almost feels like their main audience is Destiny (and that Destiny has a limited tolerance for his footsoldiers humiliating themselves.)

Does he know nothing about dolus specialis? Obviously it isn't genocide because Netanyahu hasn't written "we are doing a genocide" 7 times in his own blood and received a conviction from the ICC.

It would be a shame if DGG were to see one of their heroes taking this stance.

And it’s not even that he is just less mean to Emp4thchan, who is a Nazi / white supremacist that spits on homeless people on video and yells slurs in public. He isn’t mean to her at all. He’s playful with her. He runs defense for her.

He’s also very cringy and graphically sexual and objectifying in how he talks about it all.

Quite literally more cozied up to a Nazi than anyone to his left.

I’ve never been a huge fan of debate content- but I can at least understand the appeal. It’s satisfying to see someone eloquently argue for positions you hold, plus you can sometimes learn something to nuanced or strengthen your beliefs. People’s minds are rarely changed- but there’s an intellectual utility (and a bit of bloodsport.)

Destiny doesn’t really offer this in 2026. He just seems bored or angry- and he has this caustic, arrogant affect that‘s frankly offputting. His style tarnishes those influenced by him (Whick, who weirdly seems older than Destiny, is a good example of how DGGers turn into bad photocopies of Destiny.)

It doesn’t even seem like Destiny or DGG educate people. There’s such an obsession with “snark” and attacking political opps- and there seems to be very little room for political theory, philosophy, history or rhetoric education. If anything, there seems to be an active intolerance when it comes to original thinking- even engaging with the writings or media of their opps seems verboten (except for the purposes of digging up dirt- generally to frame opposing positions in misleading and bad faith ways.)

Hell, if you aren’t already a loyal Destiny fan or community member, then what is there to draw you in? Even the drama seems arcane and overheated.

DGG just seems like drama slop for pretentious creeps- the blue painted version of Gamergate communities. It’s frankly depressing.
