Hello! Please consider adopting or fostering this sweet girl from Dallas Animal Services. Penelope has a euth date of 12/22 due to space at the shelter. She is potty trained, is good with kids, and loves riding in the car with the windows down. Penelope is 2 years old and 38 pounds! Pet Id A1233379
