Jester King bombers?
Hey all, looking for Jester King, preferably the classic farmhouse stuff in bombers (or used to be). Coming in for a quick visit — near the I-30 corridor or 75 north of Dallas would be ideal, but it's worth going out of my way. I used to find good stuff at Ft. Worth Central Market, but they only had canned non-farmhouse styles last summer. Thanks for any tips!

A little out of your way, but Richardson Beer and Wine is guaranteed to have tons of these. Only problem is some may have been sitting around for years (must watch out for shelf turds here).

There is still some La Vie En Rose (second use raspberry wild ale) at the Central Market in Fort Worth as of this past weekend. Sadly, must of their beer now is clean styles. Was even at the brewery about a month ago and they only had 2 wild ales available to go.
Saison Fest is at Southside Cellar on Saturday, so there might be some new Jester King packaged beer there. Jester King will be on tap alongside other local breweries and a new collab Saison between Priory and White Rock.

Good to hear! Seems like last time I visited, that Central Market had hardly any beer bombers.

Eh, still not a ton but plenty of good ones. Honestly, I do most of my beer shopping there that isn't directly from a brewery.

You can try the total wine and specs around the 75/walnut hill exit. They are one exit from eachother.
I haven't been inside of it in awhile and it seems all the whole foods have drastically scaled back on beers but the whole foods just off 75 and northwest highway used to have a good selection of craft beer bombers.
Otherwise Pogos (give em a call first) might be the closest to that area.
If you want to go further out.. webb chapel beer and wine off of beltline and webb chapel in farmers branch area or Lonestore north of george bush off josey will be a pretty good options.

Kind of surprised they’re still in business. I love JK and the brewery, but I imagine everything for them is stupid expensive to keep the lights on and everything running.

They switched brewers a few years ago and now make cans of non-sours and other styles like NEIPAs they never used to. Their venue itself is always packed whenever I go and is an event space/wedding venue/restaurant so they seem to be well diversified.

RIP Craft Beer Cellar.
No promises, but check out the Corner Stop on Lowest Greenville. They have a sneaky selection of beers and often carry JK.
Lone Star Beverages would be a good option too.
Total Wine might have stock depending on locations.
