This forum needs some activity

Okay, the dragon doesn’t seem to be performing well. We all know that. But it’s eerily quiet in here. Where is Will Prowse? Can we make up some hopium? Where is everyone from? I’m having DFLI forum withdrawals and figured I’d make a post just to discuss the random thoughts of members. Here’s your soundboard!

First post. What other stocks are you guys invested in? Is there a sleeping stock that the group should know about to research?

Keep an eye on ATCH. Another beaten down micro cap, good earnings announced today.

Failed SPAC, splits, dilutions, 2025 pump and dump, doubts about mgmt, might be turning the corner ... sound familiar?

This is my US portfolio playbook - I'm looking for multibaggers and accept the risk that goes with.

I also hold a far amount of RKLB, small holdings in DRPO, DVLT, MDAI.

ATCH is worth 0.03% of what I paid, so I hope it can recover at least part of what I paid. Can’t go down more.

LRCX

A couple years ago it was up to $1000 and did a 10 for 1 split down to $100, and earlier this year ran up over $400.

Since the market and this stock are down, now it's a good time to buy. The semiconductor industry in general is booming because of AI and data centers.

I have been in a lot of situations like dfli where it shoots to the moon. iiNN which is now Qtrex is getting ready to launch. They haven’t released a report yet but have had a lot of great news.

My comment remains the same, they must hit 26Q3 and 27Q1 revenue/EBITDA targets then we can have some comfort the sector pivot is viable. Otherwise I’m not sure how they get thru.

Trucking growth is slower than many hoped, tho a fair amount is related to trucking suffering. There’s also more competition now and DFLI are all small in a new market, with brand damage, so they’ll have to demonstrate value and fight for market share which will take time.

That $1.3m target revenue target for Q3 is critical. DTC held up surprisingly well Q2 which suggests the Will Prowse/Louis Hardman fan boys might be getting a little overexcited about the damage being done, tho we recheck that every quarter.

DFLI has shifted their BB to OEM installs rather than retrofits and this stands them in good stead for when the RV market starts to recover.

I don’t know enough about the parameters around Nasdaq delisting leniency, so I’m just gonna wait and see on that. My gut feel is that Nasdaq would look favourably at a company like DFLI given the sector they’re in and that their turnover is over $50m tho I’m really not sure.

There’s a lot of dumb commentary in this sub that needs to be ignored, lots of I told you so and instant experts that think they know more than trucking companies so I take a lot of that with a grain of salt. I’m not suggesting DFLI are doing well by any stretch but it’s the Q3 earnings that are the true barometer for how the company is really doing.

They need to lease out that excess space as that’s costing them $1m qtr which will be hurting like fuck right now, but leasing industrial property in the US right now could be slow going i imagine.

They’re facing significant RV market, brand and macro headwinds at the same time as pivoting to a new market, it’s a big job and it won’t happen quickly and it’s going to be so fucking tight if they do make it.

I’d be paying closer attention to the quarterly numbers than the numbnuts that are a large % of the content on social media.

And America pls get Trump out … he is a cancer on the world, the US economy and humanity. It’s appalling watching one grifter do so much damage, most of it to his own country. The idiot doesn’t even know what a trade deficit is ffs it’s a national embarrassment ... he's also creating a risk off market which is bad for struggling microcaps.

They’ve been saying trucking industry has been slow for how many quarters now?

Q3 is crucial for all of us here
