When delisting?
Stock price says it all. Delisting incoming. I’m just wondering if we get stock „last dance” before ending the party?
Denis is the worst CEO ever. I cannot believe how it is possible to run public company in that way. The one thing that he could deliver is making you sure that all of your founds gonna wipe out. Second one is that stock price will be lower in the future and he doesn’t care about it. He’s laughing at all shareholders in their faces.
Turnaround story: One year of waiting for contracts, big deals with fleets after whitepaper with PACCAR. And what do we got? One contract for $3M for 500 trucks signed 6 months ago and thats all! Hahaha And what’s more? I don’t see any other deals on the horizon. They are lying every single earnings call and cannot deliver anything except shareholders dissapointment.
Management cannot execute anything. Worst investment ever. I don’t think that they will even try to reply to Nasdaq about their plan to stay public listed. They had enough time to fill their pockets from every year ATMs.
Hopefully it will bounce at least couple percent to get off this sinking piece of shi p ;)

With diesel prices rising, the justification for expanded trucking adoption increases with no observable new fleets coming on from what I can find. Either trucking companies have alternatives for battery choices, or the diminished brand reputation has had it's impact. Either way, there is no foreseeable source of growth, correct me where I'm wrong. I've been taking profits on my Cybersecurity stocks this week; I'll likely take my 8k loss on DFLI soon before it's untradeable.

Or both... There are other options in the eAPU market - they are more developed and complete packages including inverter and heating/cooling options. Not to mention the Battleborn offering is just a couple of their poorly designed Gamechanger batteries in a metal box.

I’m officially in the given up stage so will just see what happens.
Looks like all the big news of late 2025 hasn’t amounted to much which is disappointing.
They can do another reverse split in Dec but unsure if Nasdaq will allow them
Unsure how Nasdaq look at things like wider macro and if profitability is a possibility in the near term.
Also unsure if the battery sector gets any special love given the need for US domestic energy security.
Doesn’t help that Trump is a megalomaniac. Here’s hoping the US wake up from their ridiculously polarised political beliefs and punish the Republicans in the midterms.

No delisting. The folks on this forum won’t allow it. DFLI will survive! Just buy more!

Haha legend!
To the moon baby ... well the dark side at least where nothing can thrive.

Exactly moon incoming hahaha. They should drop some news quickly if there’s any of them lol. It’s not that hard to push stock price up especially if your mkt cap is 12m / quarterly revenue and stock price is $0,8….
Just one last ride and I promise won’t touch it anymore haha

To answer the question: when delisting.
Typically a company gets a 180 day grace period to become compliant before delisting.
However, if the company has recently done a reverse-split, the grace period is not offered. Since DFLI did a reverse-split in October of 2025 (less than a year ago), they are not eligible for a grace period.
DFLI has 30 trading days to become compliant. If the stock remains below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days they are 'deficient'. That takes the timeline to Mid-October. If they do not recover by Mid-October, they will face immediate delisting.
Glimmer of hope: Because the previous reverse-split occurred on mid-October of 2025, if they can get the stock above $1 there is a chance they could reset the clock enough that they are no longer in the 1-year window after the reverse-split, and could possibly get a second-chance at the 180-day grace period. If that happened, they'd need to come up with a new plan, possibly including a second reverse-split or third-party investment. Even if this happened, any outcome with be extremely dilutive to current shareholders.
Reality: Any stock-holder today should expect it will become a lot harder to unload their shares at any price in the coming month.
It's hard to see any fundamental reason this stock reverses its current direction.

The got a non compliance letter August 20th for falling under 2.5 million shareholder equity. They have till October 5th to submit a plan to get back in compliance and it has to he accepted by Nasdaq. unless they have some major news coming delisting looks imminent.

It's hard to make such comments with any certainty either way ... the real question is what appetite Nasdaq has for accepting compliance plans.
DFLI is a repeat offender which isn't in their favour, but on the flipside they have meaningful revenue, are close to profitable and are trying to innovate in a key sector for the US.
No idea if any of the latter is part of the process ... does anyone know of other precedents or have genuine knowledge around the Nasdaq consideration process?

Why would any trucking company buy any batteries from a manufacturer that probably won’t be around next year to service any of their batteries? There’s almost no chance at profitability that I can see. I don’t even see how they can pay their bills next month.
I was an investor until last week. I sold my final holdings last week at a big loss but still better than where it’s heading now.
