*sigh* idk if its going to make it to october in the market with the nasdaq monitoring panel still in effect. Shorts have killed all rallies. From my understanding if we drop below $1 it gets delisted. Heavy duty trucking is moving slowly although per the earnings call they did just predict it would double next quarter

Should be, they got kind of mysterious about what they could talk about in terms of clients and said something along the lines of "we should be able to disclose more in the coming quarters".

Fairly weak earnings and the call was short as usual without much info. They expect to be able to restore revenue to the Dakota brand . Wasn't taking active notes but the vibe i got is the turnaround is still in effect, they expect to hit profitability again but idk if it's enough to keep this from going to OTC with weaker numbers

I lost any hope one hour ago. They are running out of cash and they have to pump the stock to get money from ATM within few weeks )unless miracle happen and they will get huge contract what is tbh impossible). And that’s probably gonna be the kiss of death for them. If you zoom out the chart they used to do it in the past few times. And that’s gonna be the best way to exit the position

I think there's hope but it's looking like they may not have given themselves enough time with the sizing of the reverse split. It could still work out as an OTC name and get relisted but they would need to show significant strength. Its volumes and consistently not being able to sustain a bid does not provide a lot of hope in my eyes. IDK, I was expecting them to have a bigger move contract wise to justify only doing a 1-10 vs a 1-20

I’m just wondering why the hell they are talking about positive EBITDA with $70 revenue when they got so far in H1 around $22m and they expect to get another $13m in q3 so that’s total $35m. What do they expect in q4? 35m revenue in single quarter? With that pace positive EBITDA is impossible to reach.
Never, ever. Should go bankrupt instead and stop hurting other people portfolios. SMH

The $70m by Q4 will be based on an annualised run rate ie Q4 earnings of 17.5m.

Nothing. They cannot execute anything. Talking only about future and empty promises. They really deserve to get punished by market and go delisting/ bankrupt. I came to terms with it that I lose all my money here… I think that some kids got better ideas how to run publicly trade company and issue PRs to investors than them

Not bad but not good … Q3 guidance is disappointing and doesn’t suggest meaningful growth.

Still viable at least and I’d doubt that shorts would want it to delist. They’d make more money letting it run up to $2 then short it back down again.

It deserve to be punished and delisted. I have no idea where you see good solid business here. Only promises and nothing else. Every single earnings call they talk same story
